Meet SLOW HAND white whiskey, a flavorful distillate of oats, malt and spelt properly balanced to sip and shake into cocktails. Unlike white dog, which is meant for aging but released early, or moonshine, which is rough and sweet corn liquor, we created SLOW HAND white from the ground up — mash bill, fermentation and distillation — to become a true white whiskey. It’s how distillers first made whiskey in America and we consider this the rightful grain equivalent of silver tequila, white rum and pisco.
